Got one question tho. A human brain can't invent anything truly new. We recombine known concepts and ideas in new arrangements, but the elements of those arrangements are all known concepts.
How did he come up with this simulation, if he had never truly seen anything? Where did the elements come from?

When the brain spontaneously formed, whatever random configuration its neurons were just so happened to be similar to that of an adult living on Earth in the 20th-21st century. It's as equally unlikely as any other configuration of Boltzmann brain.
